2.1 Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open an Account or place any Wager on rp123. Players who are under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity. rp123 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is designed and operated primarily for players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of account registration and at the time of each Wager you place.
2.3 Legal capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any form of court-ordered legal incapacity, bankruptcy, or debt administration that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
2.4 Single account. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Accurate information. 3.4 One account per person. Each natural person may maintain only one active Account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
3.5 Account currency. All rp123 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is no facility to hold balances in any other currency. Deposits made through payment instruments denominated in other currencies (if any) will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion costs are borne by the Player.
4.1 When KYC is required. rp123 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing a first withdrawal. KYC may also be triggered at any time during a Player's account lifecycle at rp123's discretion, particularly when unusual account activity, high-volume transactions, or discrepancies in registration data are detected.

5.1 Accepted payment methods. rp123 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5.2 Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although rp123 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to deposits above a certain threshold.
5.3 Deposit processing time. Deposits via e-wallet are credited to your rp123 Account in real time or within five minutes. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes WIB during standard banking hours. rp123 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
5.4 Own funds only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from criminal activity. You may not deposit using payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit made using a third-party payment instrument will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.5 No deposit fees. rp123 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees; rp123 has no control over third-party charges.
5.6 Failed deposits. If a deposit is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but not credited to your rp123 Account within the expected processing window, you should contact rp123 support via live chat with your transaction reference number. rp123 will investigate and resolve the discrepancy within 24 hours.
6.1 Eligibility to withdraw. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Players must withdraw to a payment account registered in their own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

This requirement does not apply to winnings generated from real-money play where no active bonus is attached to the Account.
6.6 Withdrawal refusal. rp123 may refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC has not been completed; (b) the withdrawal is to a third-party account; (c) the Account is under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct; or (d) the withdrawal would breach applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. rp123 will notify the Player of any refusal and the reason within a reasonable time.
7.1 General bonus terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by rp123 are subject to these general terms as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. 7.2 Wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount. Only real-money wagers count toward satisfying wagering requirements; Bonus Fund wagers do not count.
7.3 Game contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the default contribution rates are:

8.1 Acceptance of bets. All Wagers placed on rp123 are subject to the applicable product rules — sportsbook rules for sporting events, casino game rules for live dealer and RNG titles, and draw rules for togel markets. rp123 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its discretion without providing a reason.
8.2 Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game, market, or betting interface before a Wager is confirmed. These limits may vary by product, account tier, and market conditions. rp123 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
8.3 Voided bets. A Wager may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the game experiences a verifiable technical fault; the odds or payouts were published in error due to a manifest system error; or the market is suspended by the relevant governing body before settlement.
8.4 Errors and manifest odds mistakes. rp123 is not obliged to honour any Wager placed at odds that were clearly published in error (a "palpable error"). rp123 will notify affected Players and return the staked amount. The determination of whether an error is palpable is made at rp123's sole and reasonable discretion.
8.5 Sportsbook settlement. 8.6 RNG games. 10.1 Suspension by rp123. rp123 may suspend an Account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
10.2 Termination by rp123. rp123 may permanently close an Account and terminate the Player's access to the Platform where: (a) a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; (b) the Player is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) the Player is found to be resident in a Prohibited Territory; or (d) continued operation of the Account would cause rp123 to breach applicable law or licensing conditions.
10.3 Balance on termination. Where an Account is closed due to a Player breach, rp123 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player fault (for example, a change in rp123's licensing territory), the real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days.
10.4 Voluntary closure. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting rp123 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending Wagers will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be paid out in accordance with clause 6. Bonus Funds will be forfeited on voluntary closure.
